Ceremony and Reception

Both our ceremony and reception will take place at the beautiful Stone Chapel at Matt Lane Farm.

Shuttles will be provided that circle to and from the Embassy Suites and Stone Chapel throughout the day and night. See schedule below.

- Shrimp Cocktail with cocktail sauce and lemons

- Cheese board with grapes, gourmet crackers, and rosemary herb garnish

- Jalapeño and bacon puff pastry

Dinner Buffet Menu

- Mixed greens topped with sliced strawberries, toasted almonds, and balsamic

- Carved roast beef with au jus and horseradish sauce

- Mushroom herb chicken

- Green beans almandine

- Garlic mashed potatoes

- French bread with butter

- Vegan meal available upon request

- Open Bar including beer, wine, margaritas, and mixed drinks

Babysitting

For young children, babysitters will be provided in a room in the chapel (walking distance to the reception location) starting at 8pm. Please email Sarah by July 22, 2018 if you plan to utilize this service so that we can plan accordingly.

Registry

You may find a colsolidated registry from Target, Amazon, and Bed Bath and Beyond here. Also, we are blessed to be building a home and appreciate if you contribute to our fund for Ohio Amish built furniture and landscaping for our yard.

Shuttle Schedule

Shuttles will leave Embassy Suites and Stone Chapel promptly at the following times. To make it for the ceremony, guests must be on the 4:30pm shuttle going from Embassy Suites to Stone Chapel. Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to these times as the shuttles will leave promptly at the following times.

If you miss a shuttle or otherwise need transportation, Northwest Arkansas has both Lyft and Uber.
