Update: As of the last report, we no longer have any Friday or Sunday rooms in the block. We only have 2 rooms available for Saturday night.
A block of rooms is reserved at the Embassy Suites in Rogers, Arkansas on Friday August 31, Saturday September 1, and Sunday September 2, 2018. All reservations must be made no later than August 8, 2018.

Amenities of the hotel include a complimentary shuttle service to restaurants and attractions within a 5 mile radius, a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast, and complimentary evening reception.
Additionally, we will provide shuttles that circle to and from the Embassy Suites and Stone Chapel on the day and night of the wedding.
Please note, there is an Arkansas Razorback Football game the Saturday before our wedding. Thus, securing a hotel room block was a little bit of a challenge. Because of this, we reserved only a few rooms for Friday August 31. If when you try to make a reservation, you find that all Friday rooms are booked already, please email Sarah and we will try our best to add rooms to the block. Because of the football game, we highly recommend making your hotel reservations as early as possible.
Getting to Northwest Arkansas
The nearest airport is the Northwest Arkansas/Fayetteville/Bentonville airport (airport code: XNA) which is a 20 minute drive to Embassy Suites. Additionally, the Fort Smith airport (FSM) is a 75 minute (very pretty drive) south of Embassy Suites, and Tulsa (TUL) is just under a 2 hour drive west of Embassy Suites.
